HYBONS supplies heat press machines and customization equipment from production facilities in China that we invest in and work with closely. Being close to production lets us control configuration, check every order before it leaves, and keep lead times short.
What happens before your machines ship
- Configuration — voltage (110V / 220V), plug type, platen size, accessories and OEM branding are confirmed before production.
- Assembly and component check — heating elements, controllers, pressure systems and frames are checked during assembly.
- Functional testing — machines are heated up and pressure-tested; temperature and timer readings are checked against the controller.
- Photos and video — on request, we send inspection photos or video of your actual machines before dispatch.
- Export packing — film wrapping, multi-layer bubble wrap and reinforced wooden crates for heavier models.
