Lead time
Standard models are usually ready 3–7 working days after we receive your deposit. Lead time can be longer for large quantities, OEM branding, special voltage or made-to-order configurations — your quotation states the confirmed lead time.
Shipping methods
- Express courier — samples and small orders, door-to-door
- Air freight — urgent orders to your nearest airport
- Sea freight — LCL or full container (FCL) for volume and mixed-model orders
- Rail and truck — available on selected routes
- Your forwarder — we can deliver to your appointed forwarder in China
Trade terms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP are available. Tell us your destination and preferred term and we will include freight in the quotation.
Export packing
- Surface protection with film wrapping
- Multi-layer bubble wrap against shocks
- Reinforced wooden crates for heavy and large-format machines
- Metal fasteners and fixing inside the crate
- Labels and shipping marks according to your order
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or airway bill are provided with every shipment. Certificates of origin and other documents are available on request.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local charges are normally paid by the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed.
