Before shipment

If an order has not entered production, packing, or shipment preparation, customers may contact us to request modification or cancellation.

Customized orders

OEM/ODM items, branded packaging, special-voltage machines, made-to-order configurations, and opened consumables may not be eligible for return unless a quality issue is confirmed.

After delivery

Please provide photos, videos, order information, packing images, and a clear issue description.

Return shipping

International return shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and handling costs must be discussed before return.
