Quality Control

Quality control is an important part of Hybons product supply. We work closely with production facilities in China to manage product inspection, configuration confirmation, packing checks, and continuous product improvement.

Before Production

We confirm product model, configuration, voltage, accessories, consumables, packing requirements, and order details before production or shipment preparation.

During Production

For equipment and customized orders, production teams follow internal procedures for assembly, component checks, and functional testing according to product type.

Before Shipment

Products may be checked for appearance, key functions, accessories, packaging, labels, and order consistency before shipment. For machines, test photos or videos may be provided where applicable.

Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback from installation, operation, and after-sales support helps us improve product configuration, documentation, packing, and technical guidance.
